October 9, 2012 - 2013 Examination: Certification in Medical Quality (CMQ) The American Board of Medical Quality, with the cooperation of the American College of Medical Quality (ACMQ), will offer to ACMQ members and other conference attendees a certification examination to test basic knowledge in medical quality management. The CMQ test will be offered immediately following the adjournment of the ACMQ Annual National Conference, Medical Quality 2013 Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 1:00 pm. August 10, 2012 - Call for Abstracts for the 2013 Annual Meeting: ACMQ is excited to announce that abstract submission for the 2013 Annual Meeting, Medical Quality 2013 is now open! Click here to access the abstract submission module. Selected abstracts will be presented as posters to an audience of established professionals in the field of medical quality (and preventive medicine's many disciplines)! This is THE opportunity for allied health professionals, medical students, residents and attending physicians to present novel research in medical quality.
ACMQ was part of the movement to improve healthcare quality as early as 1972. Now our publications and programs, together with our members' expertise, are national and international resources for providers, payors, purchasers and legislators.
ACMQ educates physicians in the practice and principles of medical quality management. We recognize the expertise and experience of our members through fellowship, distinguished fellowship, and other credentials.
ACMQ is a physician membership specialty society that welcomes all healthcare professionals. We also offer membership to institutions, organizations and corporations, with membership benefits for up to ten individuals.
