About the Presenter:

Louis H. Diamond, MBChB, FCP, (SA), FACP, FHIMSS, currently serves as Member of the Executive Committee for the Coalition for Supportive Care for Kidney Disease Patients, Ex-Officio Member of Forum ESRD Networks; Delegate for the Renal Physicians for the Association to the American Medical Association House of Delegates; and Member and Board Member of Quality Insights Holdings (a QIN/QIO).

He previously held leadership positions at a variety of healthcare organizations including: Chair of the ESRD Network 5, Co-chair of Quality Improvement Initiative for the Alliance for Continuing Education for Health Care Professionals; and Chair of the Physician Engagement Committee, just to name a few. Dr. Diamond served as a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellow; Vice President and Medical Director of Thomson Reuters Healthcare; Professor of Medicine and Chair of Georgetown Department of Medicine and Dean for Medical Affairs at D.C. General Hospital.

Dr. Diamond is a graduate of the University of Cape Town Medical School in South Africa; he is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians; and Fellow of the College of Physicians in South Africa.
