By registering for Medical Quality 2019, you agree to the policies below. 

  • All online registrations must be completed on or before April 3, 2019.
  • Refunds for Medical Quality 2019, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before March 15, 2019. Refunds for the QI Workshop, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before March 15, 2019. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the ACMQ. Approved refunds are processed no later than 30 days after conclusion of the meeting. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original form of payment.
  • New membership purchased with registration is nontransferable, non-refundable and non-tax-deductible, and is cancelled if meeting registration is cancelled.
  • Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, ACMQ is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance.
  • Medical Quality 2019 registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
  • Registration and attendance at or participation in the Medical Quality 2019 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACMQ’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such event activities.
